0-500 miles: 1-3 business days on average, 500-1500 miles: 3-7 business days on average, 1500+ miles: 4-10 business days on average unless otherwise specified on your moving estimate. Delivery window applies to the first available delivery date (FAD). Weekends/Holidays are none business days.
All estimated times of arrivals are subject to change depending on many industry factors such as traffic, weather conditions, unforeseen mechanical problems or unexpected services to be rendered with orders scheduled before you.
Please note that Allegiance Van Lines is a properly licensed interstate Carrier. Allegiance Van Lines is a motor carrier and will transport an individual shipper’s household goods, however AVL reserves the right to coordinate and arrange for the transportation of household goods by another FMCSA authorized motor carrier, if extenuating circumstances arise. Including but not limited to many industry factors such as traffic, weather conditions, unforeseen mechanical issues, unexpected services to be rendered with orders scheduled before you, weight station delays etc All estimated charges and final actual charges will be based upon the motor carriers tariff which is available for inspection from the carrier upon reasonable request. Allegiance Van Lines is not responsible for any acts or omissions of the motor carrier or its employees or agents. Customer agrees to exclusively pursue the motor carrier directly for all claims for property damage, including without limitation, any claims of damage to property, lost or stolen goods, delayed pickup or delivery, actions of estimators, drivers, packers, or movers, or other types of claims.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Customer acknowledges the cost of the move is an estimate only (minimum 2100lbs/300cf) I have read and agree to the terms and conditions as set forth below. As the customer, I agree to pay the total charges for the moving coordinator services. I understand that my deposit/fee represents only a portion of my total estimated service charges. Due to scheduling and routing reasons, my deposit/fee is refundable up to 48 hours from the booking date/time which is the date/time the contract is electronically signed, unless the pickup date is within twenty one business days of booking, in which case the deposit is nonrefundable. I understand that if I cancel my move, I am entitled to receive a credit of my deposit for future interstate moving services to be used by the account holder. I understand that if I refuse pickup by the carrier I am forfeiting my deposit.
